We ship via dependable UPS and USPS. In the event that UPS Ground
Service is not available in your area, we reserve the right to ship your order via U.S. Priority Mail.
International orders, as well as orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories are
shipped via International Air Mail.
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of all items that comprise your
order.

Back Guarantee under the following conditions: If an incorrect order is shipped
due to an error on behalf of Fiamma Coffee Connection, the customer must return the coffee in its
original package unopened, and un-tampered. Fiamma Coffee Connection will
reimburse the customer on all shipping costs related to our error.
However, if a customer has ordered incorrectly, they are responsible for all
shipping costs and subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee on all returned
orders. By law Fiamma Coffee Connection will not accept any coffee
product that has been opened. |
